TNO present at Wind Europe Technology Workshop
The Wind Europe Technology Workshop was held in Dublin from 10 to 11 June 2024. This internationally renowned event attracted participants from all over the world. The very varied program had a major focus on the use of lidar systems, environmental aspects, meteorological conditions and blocking and wake effects within wind energy.
TNO was also present at the event and the results of the measurement program in the North Sea were presented in a poster that attracted a lot of attention. It was also good to see that data from the different measuring locations in the North Sea can be used by different institutes to gain a better insight into the wind conditions in the North Sea.
